Refund and cancellation policy
Purchases are final, plans never renew on their own, and the free plan is there so you never have to pay to find out.

All purchases are final
Every subscription purchase — Pro, Premium, Corporate Standard, Corporate Premium and PR Agency — and every top-up pack is final. Once a plan or pack is activated, the payment is non-refundable, in compliance with digital-service standards and payment-gateway regulations.
Cancelling
Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends at the close of its 30-day term unless you buy it again. You may stop using the product at any time. The unused remainder of a term, and any unspent top-up balance, is not refunded.
Try before you buy
The Free plan exists so that nobody has to pay to find out whether the product fits their desk. It has no card, no trial clock and no expiry. Recharge packs, from ₹99, are the smallest paid step if you want more than the free allowance without a subscription.
If a payment is taken but nothing is granted
A charge that is captured but not followed by an active plan or pack within a few minutes is a fault on our side, not a purchase. Contact us with the payment reference and we will grant what was paid for, or reverse the charge.

Write to us through the contact page with your organisation name and the payment reference. We answer billing questions within two working days.
