Plans
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. You get three articles a day, up to sixty a month, resetting at midnight IST. One headline per article, no fact-checking, no card, no trial clock and no feature that quietly stops working on day fifteen.
What counts as one AI action?
One article written from a ground report. Headlines, translations and social posts written for an article you have already generated do not count separately on the paid plans; on Free they share the same three-a-day allowance.
Which plan is for one person, and which for a desk?
Free, Pro (₹299) and Premium (₹999) are individual plans: one person, one login. Corporate Standard (₹4,999, ten logins) and Corporate Premium (₹9,999, twenty-five logins) are for newsrooms, and PR Agency Bulk (₹3,000) is for a press-release desk. Every price is per month and includes GST.
Can two people share a Pro login?
No. Individual plans allow one active sign-in at a time. If the same account signs in on a second device, the first device is signed out automatically. A desk that needs several logins is what the corporate plans are for.
Does a paid plan renew automatically?
No. Renewal is a manual repurchase. We email you at seven days, three days and one day before expiry, and again on the day, so a lapse is never a surprise.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your organisation drops to free limits and nothing is deleted. Articles stay readable and editable. Unused recharge and fact-check packs are frozen, not forfeited, and come back when you renew, provided the pack has not reached its own expiry.
What does "unlimited articles" actually mean?
No daily or monthly cap on writing. Every plan is still covered by a fair-usage policy that stops automated abuse, and Corporate Premium’s live fact-checking has its own ceiling of 3,000 a month — editing stays unlimited even when that is reached.
Billing
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every price shown is the GST-inclusive total — the amount you actually pay, with 18% GST already in it. The pricing page breaks each figure into its base amount and the tax, so ₹299 shows as ₹253.39 + ₹45.61 GST. That split is for your records; the amount charged is always the total.
What is a recharge, and who is it for?
A mobile-recharge-style pack of articles for a reporter who does not want a subscription: ₹99 for 30 articles or ₹199 for 75, valid for three months. It works on any plan, Free included, and is spent only after the plan’s own allowance for the day or month is used up.
What happens if Corporate Premium runs out of fact-checks?
Editing carries on unlimited. To keep live fact-checking going before the month ends, add a fact-check pack — ₹499 for 1,000 more checks or ₹999 for 2,500 — rather than renewing the whole plan. Packs end with the month they were bought in.
Can I get a refund?
No. All subscription and top-up purchases are final once activated, in line with digital-service standards and payment-gateway rules. The free plan exists so you never have to pay to find out whether the product fits. If a payment is taken and nothing is granted, that is a fault on our side — contact us and we will fix it.
Who in my organisation can buy a plan?
Only the owner. Editors and viewers get a clear refusal rather than a silent downgrade of what they can do, so nobody spends the desk’s money without meaning to.
Which currency do you charge in?
Indian rupees, always. Amounts are stored in paise so nothing is ever lost to a rounding step between what is shown and what is charged.
Tokens
Why does a short request cost hundreds of tokens?
Because the model thinks before it writes, and thinking is billed at output rates. On a measured request — “Write a two-sentence lede about the council approving a new library.” — gemini-3.7-flash spent 17 tokens reading it, 515 thinking about it, and returned 76. You pay per article, not per token, but we still show you the thinking because it is where the cost really is.
How do you know what an action cost?
We read the model’s own usage figures from the response and record the total, thinking included. Nothing is estimated after the fact and nothing is rounded up in our favour.
The desk
Can I have more than one organisation?
The individual plans give you one (Premium, three). Corporate plans raise the cap — the exact number is on the pricing page, read live from the plan catalogue rather than written into this answer.
Can people outside my organisation review a draft?
Yes, through a share link on the corporate and agency plans. They do not need an account and do not consume a login. Share pages carry a no-index header unconditionally, so a draft cannot end up in a search result.
Do you keep or train on our articles?
No. AI requests are processed statelessly: the text goes to the model, the result comes back, and the request is discarded — never logged, never used to train any model. What stays is only what you save in your workspace, until you delete it. See the privacy page.
